ASOS is easy to scroll through, and the filters do help when I’m trying to narrow things down. But the app can get weirdly slow, and my bag sometimes updates on its own or shows things oddly, which makes me wonder if it’s trying to push me to check out faster or something. The website works better for me overall. It’s not awful, just a bit clunky here and there.

I’ve ordered a few times now, and the main thing I notice is that everything arrives on time. That makes the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which is really all I’m looking for...

I’ve had my ASOS account for a while now, and it’s been straightforward to manage. Updating my address and payment details didn’t take long, and when I need to check orders, I can usually find it without poking around forever.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the app does randomly log me out sometimes, and past orders can be a little slow to load. It’s not a massive problem, just one of those annoying little things. Overall, it does what I need it to do.
