"Refund"
I returned a pair of faulty straighteners to yourselves over 3 weeks ago and since then have had several problems trying to get a refund back for them. I have spoken to several different people who have looked into the issue known of whom were able to fully help me. However a very friendly lady called Cat messaged me yesterday to try and resolve the problem explaining that she had issued the refund and I would see the money back in my account within 10 days. I promptly received the refund today. I would like to thank Cat once again for her great attentive service.

I appreciate being able to talk to someone when I have the time. Today, that happens to be at 11pm PST! I was able to get direction on how to recuperate my losses from broken merchandise that leaked in my package. It was a quick and painless conversation. While I have to complete the steps (get the photo to the care team) on my own time, Im glad to know what I need to do.

Jhon from customer care was brilliant. Very professional and reassuring.

My issue is with delivery again, this is a common issue I have with ASOS. I have shopped with ASOS for over 4 years and love the clothing they sell. Any problems I have had has always been because of Hermes delivery service. 🙌🏼

“They are fraudsters. They are scam, they will take your money and send you extremely cheap valueless product entirely unrelated to the ordered items . Afterwards they will blame the shipping company . Then they will say unfortunately they are now out of stock of the ordered item. Offer to refund you only 30%. They are in short thieves”
